Our management department has been established to provide an invaluable service to individuals who own a property on the Costa del Sol in an area between Calahonda and Estepona . Our primary function is to act as an important point of contact to you the owner both when you are resident here in Spain, and more importantly when you are elsewhere. |

We understand that all property owners are individuals and as such their requirements will vary. The services that we offer therefore are numerous, and we can cater for all aspects of maintenance, provision of comfort and security for your Spanish property.
Our general services include:
- cleaning and laundry
- General maintenance - electricians, plumbers, air-conditioning engineers, carpenters, general builders, painters, decorators etc
- Bill paying service (although we highly recommend that you pay bills by direct debit)
- Swimming pool and garden maintenance (including terrace gardens)
- Rentals
- Car hire and airport transfers
- Insurance
- General building - conversions, renovations, interior design, internal and external painting
- Welcome groceries
- Baby sitting
- Interior design, furnishing service

Costs The annual management fee is: 1800 euros per annum for a private villa 1200 euros per annum for an apartment Payment in 50% installments, in advance. |

The management fee that you pay is for our administrative time and overheads and includes regular security and maintenance checks to the property when unoccupied. By regular we mean at least fortnightly, and a log book is held at the office for verification purposes. Individual charges such as laundry and cleaning and any transactions undertaken on your behalf will be charged to your own internal account held at JPS on an excel spreadsheet. These accounts can be issued to you on a regular basis either by email or fax.
Maid service is charged at the prevailing local rate and laundry on a consumption basis. Cleaning on Sundays will be at double time.
We also offer a short term rental service. We market your property with our network of agents both here in Spain and in the UK, and of course, here on the internet. Clients are of a high quality and in all cases we take refundable damage deposits. Inventories are made of your property, welcome packs are placed in the property prior to clients arrival, and all incoming clients are welcomed personally by a member of JPS. For this service we charge 15% of the rental amount.
